Some of what you'll learn in Essential Communication:

  • Presuppositions – when you know how to use these language forms you'll have access to values and beliefs people hold – the building blocks of decisions and the actions that follow.
  • Filtering Matrixes – based on their actual words, their order and the relationships between them, you'll know what people are noticing and how, then using this information direct their attention to notice what and how you want them to notice.
  • Sorting Patterns – these are the forms that people use to make sense of information, once you recognize how a person is sorting you can direct them to organize information the way you want them to organize it.
  • Logical Chains – once people identify the information that's important to them they connect the pieces and build “logical chains” and you'll know how to direct them to do it so they'll make the decisions and take the actions that you want them to take.
  • Power Language – learn, use and create power words and phrases, which act directly in the mind causing people to respond immediately and predictably to any suggestion you make using this language.
  • Conversational Persuasion and Influence – the most powerful forms of persuasion and influence occur conversationally and you'll learn from a master exactly how to use all the new knowledge and skills you'll be developing within ordinary conversations – regardless of the circumstance or situation!


All communication occurs in patterns – the art within “Essential Communication” is in learning to decode and access the unconscious patterns people use to decide and take action. Using the skills developed you’ll uncover what drives people to do what they do, and using this information direct their thinking and their actions.
